Stressbusters

What?

Stressbusters is a fun community wellness program in which volunteer teams of undergrad and grad students provide FREE five-minute backrubs and health information to other students and staff at events throughout campus. It's all about helping others REDISCOVER RELAXATION.

Who?

Stressbusters are students who have completed a 3-hour training workshop. To become a stressbuster, download the application form here. To learn more about requirements, click here.

Where and when?

Stressbusters are dispatched to many campus events. To receive a Stressbusters Alert, send an email to Wellness@wustl.edu and put "alert me" in the subject line. To request Stressbusters for your event, download the Event Request Form here.
