3 EASY THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR FITNESS (and fun!)
1) "Plan for your workouts," says Martha Tillman, Director of the South 40 Fitness Center. "Look at the week - the homework assignments, exams, activities, etc., and figure out where it best fits in.  Divide your exercise session into mini-workouts toward the 30-minute goal (ideally five times a week). Three times ten minutes, two times fifteen [minutes], etc."

2) Run or walk in the Thurtene Road Race March 30.

3) Take a measured walk around campus.
2 EASY THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR NUTRITION:
1) Eat breakfast daily.

2) Make an appointment with Connie Diekman, M.Ed., RD, LD, Dietitian in Medical Services (see photo).

Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month?
