Fees
Student Health Services charges co-pays to students on the health insurance plan for some visits at SHS. There are additional fees for medications, lab tests, procedures, supplies, etc. that are not covered by these co-pays.
Fees are higher for people who visit SHS and are not members of the student health insurance plan.
The co-pay schedule is as follows:

at the Habif Health & Wellness Center?
- Counseling - 8 1-hour sessions in Mental Health Services/year
- Stress management – individual appointments with a specialist, group workshops, Stressbusters program (free five-minute backrubs at events on campus)
- Substance abuse – individual appointments with a specialist for complete alcohol and other drug counseling and referral, help meeting court requirements, and smoking cessation including nicotine replacement and oral medication
- Nutrition – individual appointments with a registered dietitian
- Health Education - training and advising students involved in health promotion/peer health education. Resource library – brochures, books, DVDs and tapes on a variety of health and wellness topics
- Condoms, dams, lube, pregnancy tests, and information for healthy sexual decision making
- E-newsletter about health-related concerns and efforts on campus
And, don't forget - There is access to SHS 24/7 by calling 935-6666 and selecting option 1 to speak with a nurse OR you can access shs.wustl.edu to schedule an appointment any time of the day or night!
