Habif Health & Wellness Center — Student Health Services provides the student community of Washington University in St. Louis with premiere, student-centered health and health promotion services. We offer a range of services from medical checkups and mental health services to wellness support and health education.
All students graduating in December have the option to stay on the student health insurance plan. Your current plan expires July 31, 2017.
You may elect to opt out of the plan for the last portion of the plan year. This will expire your participation in the plan effective December 31, 2016.
You must notify us
if you wish to opt out of the plan effective December 31, 2016. Your premium refund will be processed via student accounting.
You do not need to do anything if you wish to remain on the plan.
Decision must be made no later than 11:59 pm December 15, 2016. We will not accept late decisions.
The decision you choose is finalized and may not be changed. Your insurance will either end 12/15/16 OR 7/31/17.

Washington University Physician’s Billing will be discontinuing paper billing statements. All future billing notifications will be sent through email. Paper billing statements will be discontinued. Please follow these instructions to securely pay your bill after insurance reimbursement.
You must enroll to see your account information. Your information is secure and available only to you. Please enroll at https://studenthealthservices.patientcompass.com/RA/. You will need your student identification number or the patient number on your walkout statement to enroll. Any balances that you are required to pay are indicated in the My Account section of Online Bill Pay.

Important parking information
Effective immediately, the SHS Parking Passes are valid ONLY in the designated spots found on the lower level of the Shepley Garage (behind Dardick House). Turn left upon entering the garage and you will find the Student Health Parking on the left.
