Medical History for incoming students

All students are required to fill out a medical history, prescription medication and immunization forms via the Student Portal, SHS’s online services center. Students must comply with all WUSTL immunization requirements.

ACTION REQUIRED. All students must provide proof of immunizations and health history information prior to moving into campus housing. Failure to take this action will prevent the student from having access to their dorm during move-in.

Important parking information

Effective immediately, the HHWC Parking Passes are valid ONLY in the designated spots found on the lower level of the Shepley Garage (behind Dardick House).  Turn left upon entering the garage and you will find the Student Health Parking on the left.
