Our resources and programs help you take care of your physical and mental health and help a friend in need. We support you reaching your full potential in academics, outside the classroom, and beyond Washington University in St. Louis. Health Topics

Are you stressed or overly anxious? Do you have trouble with sleep, nutrition, or fitness? Do you have concerns about your mental well-being, or that of a friend? Are you looking for information on sexual health? Are you thinking you might have an alcohol or substance abuse problem? Learn valuable information about many health issues and coping strategies.

Data on Habits and Behaviors

Wash U participates in the National College Health Assessment Web Survey (NCHA-Web) to assess student health behaviors in order to help provide better services and support for students.

Student Health 101

SH101 covers a variety of college health issues including stress, sleep, nutrition, alcohol, safe sexual practices, colds, flu, and more. Notice the WASHU tab and click for posts from students and staff on the Danforth campus.  

As a student living in Wash U-owned housing or a member of Greek Life, you will receive Student Health 101 in your email monthly.
